It is a time capsule, that's for sure. With all the parts, and the super low mileage on everything, I'd say that $100,000 is a fair price. The only thing that really sucks is the lack of original drivetrain parts, though having correctly date-coded pieces is cool.
About 20 years ago, a friend of mine bought a cherry 396/375 Nova for $25,000. He pulled the whole drivetrain out, set it in his garage, and put a 468/TH400/12 bolt combo in it that was ready to race. He raced it like that for a season, re-swapped the drivetrain, and sold it to a guy in Ohio for $35k.

I like it. But I like it better with the Grumpy-style scoop from the magazine coverage.

Car is sweet as all hell. Unfortunately muscle isn't bringing the dollar it used to, but I'd say $70k all day long.

Eh, the dinged up headers, poor interior wiring, and those dinky, cheap ass toggle switches turn me away. isn't that the kind of tunnel ram that explodes? (due to the large area above the runners)

100k LOL, I would take 2-3 nice classics for that price any day of the week over that car.

I have a numbers matching 1970 Nova SS, so I too am in love with this car. Having just come back from the Barrett-Jackson, that's a somewhat realistic price for that car.

I didn't say it was the deal of the century. It's just a realistic price for someone that has that kind of money to spend on an old car. I guess you aren't that person.

Why is it all jacked up? I wouldn't give 50K for it.
