          Great car! I agree, leave all the '82 goodies on it. Makes me miss my old coupe. Some paint and springs would have it looking perfect.

            Agreed on all points except there is no way I would ditch that hood for a generic cowl hood. An 82 scoop would provide clearance if needed.

                  Oh, I remember your car from years ago, and I thought it was the best looking 4eye I had ever seen. But that 82 big button hood is way cooler than the standard 85/6 hood.

                              Update (pics will follow, nothing fancy).
                              Car was brought over a week ago, that's Jim. I have torn out the radiator, fan, shroud, accessory bracket, h pipe, starter, unbolted tranny, wiring, hoses, and began swapping the needed stuff to my 302. The coupe currently sits with only the longblock and headers still in it prepped for hoisting. Cheerio!
                              Still looking for lowering springs and a period correct armrests.
