Fuck that camaro driver for being an impatient asshole. Trying to make the truck yield so he could get over in front of him in a space that wasn't big enough. Then road raging when the truck doesn't yield to his dumbassery...

Work truck guy was raging after that which means it's quite possible he too can end up with the same kind of charges as the Camaro driver. It'd be interesting to see how this pans out.

There's nothing illegal in that video, guy tried to cut him off next to the truck, ends up behind him next to the truck, then goes crazy. No where for the truck to go. That's an open and shut case, camaro was being clearly aggressive at the onset, rides too closely to the truck (which is an offense), then finishes off attempting to pass on the grass, on a highway, and slams on the gas in his tantrum, loses control and slams into two trucks resulting in the accident. I wouldn't be surprised if he then ran from the scene.

I understand what you are saying, but depending on the state they may not look at it that way. Initially there was no place for the truck to go, however by the time the wreck happened the truck had no one in front of him and it seems he was refusing to let the Camaro pass, and from the link I posted for the Commonwealth of VA it can be a means to an aggressive driving charge. Doesn't matter how aggressive the asshole is behind you, if you blatantly refuse to let him pass when there is a means to do so you can be cited.

Yeah the f250 was fine until he initiated a "rolling road block" for far too long. Even though the camaro was a douche and deserved to wait, driving next to an 18 wheeler when you can clearly pass it is just as stupid. Camaro caused the wreck but the f250 was impeding traffic and is not an innocent victim in the mess. The only innocent one was that poor trucker and they're all lucky there was a nice wide bar ditch to end up in.
