I may do an LT swap. Power is next though and modding the 4 or a 6 is not cost worthy compared. A built turbo 4 makes about mid 200's to the wheels. No thanks.

I've done a couple of things to 03. E-fan, K&N, and removed the AC. The A/C wasn't working, didn't have the money to fix it, and it took me about 2 hours to change the #1 spark plug, so, a shorter belt and some time and it was gone. I got a little bit in the acceleration category, and I'm getting 21-22 mpg out of it now instead of 18-19. I did everything but the A/C on my 01 S-10 4 cyl 5 spd and was getting 23-24mpg. At one time I just about had a complete engine, and was saving for the current performance harness when I lost my job and had to sell it all

I have an Efan and magnaflow, I get about 22-24 beating around town. You'd think a 4 banger would do better but no.
