Found some of my Great Grandfathers WW2 items

I think they are really neat (WW2 has always interested me) and thought I would share with everyone.

That is awesome man. I have a ton of that same stuff also, but more from the entire european theater instead of just germany. But you have a lot more german stuff (which I dig) Very cool. How was he injured?

I believe he was shot in the back, can't be certain though, he told me back when I was in 7th grade so it's been 15 years or so.

Don't mean to hijack by any means, but this reminded me of something I got to experience...

I played taps on the beach in front of countless vets on a herald made in london in 1948 for the 60th anniversary of d-day at Omaha beach while I attended military school. One of those moments that you can't help but watch the faces of those who were there and cry while playing that call that put their fallen comrades to rest.
