Body Armor Testing

A friend of mine tested one with different weapons, and it stopped my .44 mag from 7ft. The rifle rounds,7.62 and .223...right thru. Couldn't find anyone brave and stupid enough to wear it, just the vest leaned up to a tree.

Kevlar panels will not stop rifle rounds for the most part. Plates infront of panels will, depending on caliber and other variables.

Kevlar panels alone are typically referred to as level III if certified to such by nij.

Add steel or ceramic panels and it can certify to level IVa.

It's a traffic control thing. A supervisor monitors the Traffic Control Technicians for the ingress of the patrons, and then the supervisor blocks 5th street so the traffic from the parking garage can exit in an expeditious manner.

When the program is over, it only takes about 15 minutes for the garage to empty. Otherwise there is an adverse effect on the traffic pattern downtown.
