They do. In England cops who carry guns can only "use" them when there is an "to stop an imminent threat to life" (per Wikipedia) and pulling the gun and pointing it at someone is considered "using" it. So it is possible that just drawing on someone would land a cop in court to defend himself.

Then again, that is why they had those idiots burning down London a while back.

Soooooo, in a recap.... He didn't give a fuck about the tazer to the face. He didn't give a fuck about the amount of cops with guns in the area. He attempted a check swing on an officer. He didn't immediately go down after 5 shots fired at him with several hitting him, so he got some more for the double tap.

Completely justified use of weaponry.


However, at about 2:30 there is an officer that gets taken away from the scene. What's up with that? He wasn't one of the shooters and it looks like the officer that was standing closest to the body was motioning for him to calm down.
