I was too, but at the price I got it at, I couldn't pass it up.

Yeah, well.... Wait, what?!? I am not sure if you are trying to insult the car or not. Oh and I am the first one to admit, it's slow, but it just fun as hell to drive.

Fun cars. Just avoid straight piping it, they sound like chain saws. A guy I worked with had one and did a borla exhaust and cat delete and it was loud as shit. They feel faster then they are. I never was a fan of the sliding console lids though

Absolutely no straight piping it. I think I have finally learned my modding lesson, daily driver = LEAVE IT STOCK!!! It's the whole revving to the moon that makes it feel faster. Straight line, I think it's a touch faster than my t-bird was.

Other than the fact that that makes complete sense, other than I agree.

I agree. 30MPG highway would be nice.

Nice! I loved my 88 turbo II. Just remember the rules (stated above) of the rotory. I will warn you, they are like a boat. The two best days of owning an rx-model car are the first day of owning it and the last.

I have seen a couple of them. One with 196K miles and one with 160K miles. Seems that if the engine is going to croak, it does it right around 70K miles.
