curious. no e battle ignition going on here.
Auto dealer total losses are settled at dealer invoice less holdback and any manufacturer rebates. Assuming the drunk drivers carrier covers the loss, the dealer will break even. If the drunk driver didn't have insurance, the dealerships insurance will cover it but he will be out his deductible. Today, most commercial carriers offer polices with unlimited deductibles on inventory vehicles ranging from $250 - $2500 per vehicle.

As far as the damages, the silver one is an obvious total. The other two are questionable and would be left up to the carrier. Some would repair but others would make a business decision to total them. Different states have different disclosure laws which will play a role. I'd imagine salvage value would be pretty good on those cars that have moderate damage but you'd really have to be there working it to determine what would be done.

If repaired, there are other endorsements that apply that reduce payout too. Basically, the only time auto dealers can come out ahead is on hail claims but it depends on a lot of factors.
