I honestly was hoping for him to get a few seconds to put out a weapon to take one or two of them out and scare the rest away. I honestly don't know what I'd do in his situation with a gun on me. That's not a great neighborhood, but it's not really that rough, either. It's just south of Chinatown and I used to walk through there all the time.

Chicago doesn't allow concealed carry (for anyone that didn't know), and the legal pocket knife carry length is a 2.25 inch blade. Even with a gun or a knife that small, that kid had no chance against 7 of them.

What I gathered from the idiots 'explanation' video is the facebook link above is the kid that got beat in the video posted was retribution from a dispute that took place back in October. He was part of a 20 'FOB" vs the 2 Wu kids. Evidently, Chinese Americans dont like the 'FOB' (fresh of the boat) Chinese for reasons that are beyond my understanding.
