Mirrors weren't body colored until 03. That was the stock hood on 99/01 Cobra. The reason it ended up on the V6es is they over produced them since there wasn't a regular Cobra in 00 or 02, then had a new hood for 03.

Looking again, I guess it does look more like the 99/01 hood than the 03/04 - I just thought it was the angle. I totally missed the mirrors. I still think it looks like an 03/04 spoiler and I never could tell those colors apart in pictures.

I'm going to guess 01 cobra, to me the spoiler looks like it comes out over the edges of the truck lid. The 99's ended at the edge of the truck if I'm not mistaken. Wrong hood, spoiler, side scoops and mirrors to be an 03/04.
