Goddamn, that is virtually identical to the shit I went through with one of my oldest friends after he jumped out of my truck as I was drivin him home.

Cept there wasn't any video - he just had a broken ankle and a swelled up nose/cheekbone to remind him. He's been sober for 2 years now too.

I got 5 bucks that says if he pressed charges and showed that video they would convict him for aggravated assault. Whether he was right or not doesn't mean its his job to do it.
