It looked like a horribly tense situation... being surrounded by a hundred ghetto-peasants while you're trying to arrest someone who's resisting would make me very aware. I couldn't beleive that guy just strolled up and plowed that cop with a right under hook and not one of the cops saw him coming. Could have easily been a knife or pocket pistol, and we'd be watching a completely different vid.

Would like to see a full story on this...why would the one guy "sacrifice" himself for the original arrest? You see him stroll across the street at 0:27 and he's watching the cops doing so. It looks like his attack was per-meditated as some point because he intentionally attacks the cops from the rear.
