Ya, looks like it is just a layer that is lifted or lowered into a body of water, when it is lifted at the top the water is still in the pool under the layer, when it is lowered water is allowed to come above the layer. you could pretty much dial in the depth by how far you lowered the layer into the body of water.Comment
