For comparison, max gross weight of an H-3 and Mi-24 are within 500 pounds of each other (26,000-26,500 pounds), and an H-53's max gross is 46,000 pounds (the 3-engine "E" model has a max gross weight of 73,500).

Those guys took what looked like 3 days or more to do what took us just a few hours to do. By the way, the main gear box is easy to install, it's the main rotor servos, swashplates, and rotor head that are the hardest parts.
