Since the car is already a C4, I was hoping I can use the stock flexplate. Is the bolt pattern on the crank the same as the newer cars?

Rust in the typical spots (under the battery tray and behind the passenger side rear wheel well), but over all it's damn solid. No rust at all around the t-tops.

When I was in high school a guy that ran Fulton Auto had a black one on Centerlines. It had a hot 302 and was one of the fastest cars in town back in the day. I wonder where that car is now....

Oops, for some reason I thought this was a 4spd car from the other thread.

According to this link, you'll need a MII-specific flexplate for 50oz and there is one available from Art Carr.

After that, a nice slow mechanical resto-mod. I'm thinking the new FRPP 306 crate motor would work pretty good. 340 hp and only 2800 pounds should be fun.
I have a fresh 347 shortblock that I will make you a good deal on. its 28oz imbalance too

I like it. You just don't see Mustang II's any more, especially not King Cobra's. I think my old seats will look great in that red interior - thanks for buying them.

I'd love to come see it when you get a chance. I was supposed to get mine up to True Street for some tuning, but a broken down pipe on my Saab has been a royal pain in the ass the last few days. I'll get mine up there as soon as I get back from Atlanta this week.

Does that guy happen to have an extra front valance for a Cobra?

PM when you're ready. It's not much to see right now, but it's a solid start. I checked with the parts guy, all he has left is some suspension stuff and interior parts. There's KC front air dam on Ebay right now, but the guy wants $600! LOL! Obviously not getting any bids, but it is in nice shape. If you're not worried about using fiberglass parts, this guy seems to have damn near everything, for everything - http://www.hairyglass.com/ the website is hell to navigate, and the pics are mostly non-existent, but he has things I haven't seen since I was a kid (Including van flares!).
