I wonder what the 1/8th time was.

Saw one of them run last year @ San Antonio at the IHRA race. It was slow and ugly. I seem to remember an 8.90 or something close. The kids were laughing because their juniors are faster. The front end was wobbling and shaking so bad I thought the body was gonna break on it. I don't know how they managed to get that one thru the 1/4 mile. Probably a different truck than the one I saw?

About 8 years ago, I was at SAR and one of the local mud racers was out there with their 2wd unlimited car (kind of like a rail car in the mud). They bolted on some slicks and planned to run it. The very first time out it did a fucking wheelie so big that when it slammed down it almost took out the christmas tree.
