Can someone please explain to me what the cool factor is on have wheels and tires that obviously dont FIT! This drive me nuts... Im a big VW fan and alot of those uppity hippy twerps with GTI's have this setup.

BTW, neither of those are "hella flush" thay are what you would refer to as "poke" or "hella poke" as they are not "flush" with the fenders and "poke" out past, due to bad (IMO), fittiment and the stretching of the tires.
