I actually don't know about that. It's always hard to tell, but he clearly did have the brains to use the gun right or the balls to shoot it.

I'm with you guys. If someone pulled a gun on me and I got the upper hand, they DAMN SURE would not have been in any shape to get back up and possibly use it on me. Homeboy's face would have resembled something close to ground beef.

it looks like the skaters were content on it being a 1 on 1 fight at first until the 2nd mexican looked like he was going to jump in and then the skaters pounced. cant really tell what happened to the 2nd mexican, hes visable in the beginning ( i think he was riding a bike ) and then hes on the ground ( maybe ko'd ) from 120 - 130'ish. either way that mexican is one lucky idiot that he was able to leave under his own power.

I don't care who originally wronged who that instigated the whole event, but bringing a gun out like that, that guy deserved the beat down he got. It also wasn't enough of a beat down, IMO.

Sadly, the way the gun-toter rolls, I'd bet he'd do a cowardly drive-by on that skater sometime in the future.

This just proves that if you have to bring a gun to something that should have been just a fist fight, at most, that chances are that you can't defend yourself otherwise. I'm the first to say that guy deserved a Grade A ass whipping, but I think those other skaters exercised a great deal of self control in that situation. It would have been hard not to take a board to that dude's head a few more times, but their buddy clearly had the ability to handle the situation. I've never been hit with a truck before, but I would imagine it can do some serious damage. I know how much hell I've given my trucks over the years and those things are solid.

BTW, I loved the woozy-walk the guy did when he finally got off the ground. Priceless.

There's an old video you can search for that shows the affects of getting hit with the trucks of a skateboard. Some drunken wood-pusher was jumping and skating on people's cars, some guy got out and was mad, skater beaned him twice with the trucks. Guy died from a cerebral hemmhorage IIRC.
