thanks everyone, here are the 3 runs i made today all new best
was rushing and red lighted and only left at 3psi, ran 6.2@116 w/1.55 60'
this is the run earlier, left at 7psi, 1.49 60', track held good, went 6.1@117
final run of the next, upped the 2 step a few hundred rpm but the track was fading fast, held it right out of hole but spun hard a few feet out, had to let completely out, went 6.3@115mph w/a 1.55 60'

I feel like I've got the MPH to be in the 5's, I just haven't been able to throw everything at it off the line yet. I still have a little more I can throw at it timing wise and 2 step, just need to get the short game down before I worry about more hp!

I've complimented him on his car many times (in other threads), and offered solutions to his overheating problem. And yes, burnouts past the staging lights in a street car is a pet peeve of mine. It's a waste of everyone's time. If that makes me a dick, add me to your ignore list.

I really didn't take any offense, I know some folks think it's goofy or retarded for a "street car" to do it, but for me it's helped and I'd hope others can handle the extra 5 seconds it takes me to roll back! Some folks out there take a lot longer just sitting around reving or one wheel peeling!
