Thanks everyone, like I said, car likes the footbrake, last footbrake passes were when it did the 5.85 then blew the th350 up, then I got the glide and have been leaving off the tbrake since. Wired the 2 step to come on with brake lights and tbrake today and tried leaving off the footbrake, car went 1.3x 60's every pass since. Not sure why the car doesn't like the tbrake but this was with no boost ramp, just low tech footbrake and viola, 5.84. Track got too cold and I called it quits after that pass, put air in the tires and drove it home. There was nobody there, couldn't believe it stayed open as long as it did. No videos (that I know of), was out there by myself with my trusty tool box in the back, laptop riding shot gun and a full tank of 93 octane! Really happy with the car.Comment

Anyone else notice how similar this 5.84 slip is to my 5.85 pass. I was racing solo all night so can't blame it on a dragster setting off the beams or whatever other bullshit was said.Comment
