not real sure, was thinking 12-14psi, based on the calculators i've used that should net around 750fwhp

Finished up the cold side today (still waiting on my 4" to 3" silicone transition for the throttle body and my 3.5" to 3" silicone 90* elbow for the turbo outlet, and I need to order bungs for my IAT and meth nozzle).

Here are some more pictures, I welded everywhere I could on the cold side pipes, there will only be couplers at the intercooler, 1 in each fender, and at the throttle body and the turbo outlet. This was the minimum I could do since the parts have to be able to fit into the fenders.

Still need to cut the fascia cover for the downpipe to come through but want to make sure I like it before I cut that part up.

I'm thinking I went with a 3.75" to 3" silicone on the TB because 4" was too loose.

I've been running a 4 inch elbow and it fits pretty snug. The coupler should be here this week so if it's wrong I'll get a new one.

Cool cool. I could be wrong so if you are already using it then you should be fine.

didn't have much time to work on it this weekend. got some little stuff taken care of. got the turbo drain taken care of and leak tested the cold side (and found that my aluminum welding skills leave much to be desired). got my iat and meth bungs welded into my cold side.

Oh, and don't mind the whack radiator hold down setup, I am going to make something nice, I just bolted that down to keep everything in check for mach up.

I assume that oil drain is flowing Down hill right? It kind of looks like it goes down then back up over a pipe then bak down again??

Agreed. When I first looked at the pic, I thought it was a water line for some reason.

You're right - it needs to be shortened a LOT. There's no way it will work now, as it sits.

Ya, it could be shortened a bit, the picture is deceiving however, it is flat/downhill the entire way.

if its pretty much down hill with maybe a little flat then you should be fine... oil will back up in a line in a hurry if it can drain freely back to the motor since there isn't any pressure forcing the oil away from the turbo

I bet that IC piping is a pain!
