I didnt get to go cause its invite only and was real hush hush before it happened but man there were some killer cars. Buddy of mine went but his car wasnt ready to run yet.
He shared some pics and videos on Stangnet and thought you all would like to see them.

Big thanks to Texasspeedsydicate.com and dallasracing.net for putting on what a great event. Rented out a private airfield and spent months clearing it and prepping it for Dallas Vs. Houston. The guys in charge had to go through lots of legal issues and got the city, police department, and fire department to sign off and participate in helping run the event.

The format was 5 cars from Dallas and 5 cars from Houston on the dyno day. Each hp was worth 1 point. The highest hp cars didn't nessecarily participate, but it looked real close. The following day was roll racing at the airfield, or legal street racing with 25 cars from each city. There was a designated set of cones where the race started after the cars were up to speed. Then a stop light was put in the middle of the track after the first set of cones to try to prevent anybody getting the jump. When it went green, it was all out until the finish line. Cars were assigned from each city to race each other based on reasonable hp estimates, but of course sandbagging occured.

Also thanks to Dallas Performance, LMR, Servelite Solutions, RSI, Boostlogic, Mama Mia Pizzeria, Delta Bail Bonds, Advanced Diesel, Phoenix Insurance, and Dynosaur Performance)

Enjoy the pictures and videos. I'll update more of the HD videos as they come out. :nice:
