A 305 making 400+hp? I didn't know that was possible!! I used to live down the road from devils bowl and could hear the roar of the cars on the weekend. I always wanted to go.

Wanna know what's really bad. The only special thing on the engine is a set of aluminum Brodix heads and mechanical fuel injection. Having no transmission and associated starting hardware cuts down parasitic drag quite a bit.

Man I havent been to the round and rounds in a while. I think Devils Bowl was the last place I went. Gonna have to talk the wife into going I bet she has never been. It was kind of a weekend tradition when I was a kid.

Lol. You'd be surprised just how little some rednecks know about racing.

Nice. My uncle does a lot of dirt track. Raced at devils bowl in the 80's and 90's. Still races, mostly out in greenville. It's fun to go watch every once in a while, the shitty part is waiting through the races till someone you know is out there.

Lol, I don't like all forms of turn left racin, mainly dirt track. I enjoy a good road course and drag too. I despise the drawn out bore that is Nascar.

I didn't even know this track existed. I go to Devil's Bowl and Cowtown regularly all year. Occasionally make it up to Tulsa for the Chili Bowl. I will definitely check it out next year.

As of right now nothing has come to fruition. I can't recall how the conversation came up, or even what thread it's in, but I remember the conversation.
