Love dirt track racing. Especially figure 8 in the dirt. It was always a hoot to go to the track (Corona Raceway waay back in the 70's) on the 4th of July. Always some local stunt guy who would jump shit with a chain saw powered go kart and usually always wreck.

Sean, no they are a 305 Racesaver motor. I work on a car that runs against Racrguy. They move pretty good for only havng about 550hp.

550? lol. They make 400-450 at the tires. The most powerful one I've seen so far made 453. If y'all are making 550 to the tires, there's something illegal as hell in the motor.

I dint think they even make that much at the crank. The driveline in the cars doesn't eat 100 hp, I think.

But, like many other things I could be wrong. I'd want to see a dyno sheet.
