            A bolt 302 will throw down 230/300 like clockwork. My old 87 GT did 237/305 back in 97. It's not a huge revelation.

            If you want to call the people out then quote them in here for evidence. Otherwise you just discovered the Earth is round.

              I'm not going back through all the posts claiming what I've done doesnt add power, and it wouldn't make over 200 if that.

              Am I surprised what it made? No I'm not I've said it to be ~230 this whole time, I was the one that was called dumb and "dim"..

                      No hating here. To run an 8.4 with a stock engine it needed to be fairly strong. That's probably the highest numbers I've seen with a stock 302, but 200-220 is normal and 190 is documented

                      I was there early dude, what time did you make it out?

                          I was there at 10:45 and left at 2:30.

                          Was a good time, between the 1200hp vette, and 1300hp viper my day was made.

                          It's a wendsday car for sure, lol. The AFR stayed damn near ideal, a little on the rich side at 12.6-12.9 I'm running a9p ECM, 13* base timing. There's room for a little more power to be had. But I'm happy.
