A little over a minute in is some pretty terrifying (and AMAZING) shit if you ask me. I wouldn't want to be staring that down. I'm not sure how far away they were, but not far enough. The Pink Floyd was a pretty cool choice to whoever made this. I don't think those of us who were alive for the Cold War will ever be able to explain how scary it was wondering if a nuclear exchange would take place between the USSR and us at some point.

And I remember in school doing "duck and cover" drills. And that wasn't really that long ago. It's a pretty wild mental shift to go from the ruskies being the evil empire to having them be virtually a non-threat compared to the jihadists."It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom - for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself."

Yeah, it amazes me that we've gone from fearing a super power Soviet Union with near limitless destructive capabilities, to even greater fear (in many cases) in a tribe of goat herders who's ancient theologies and teachings haven't changed in a thousand years. Yet these people are an even greater threat due to the lack of fear in retaliatory measures.
At least the Soviets had a substantial respect for what would happen if they were to nuke a western city.
The "goat herders", not so much.
