There is a fine line between abuse and punishment and this is abuse. The fact that he is a judge who I can promise you took a child from a parent for probably less makes him a piece of s**t who deserves to lose his bench. Just like the vast majority of cops in Florida who speed and have the balls to pull people over for speeding. They have the responsibility of judging people when they do it themselves puts them in a position to have even their basic reports or judgments be questioned due to the fact that they are dishonest on some level.

These two posts are what I had in mind. I think, regardless of her CP, she was aware enough to know what she was doing and knew that if she was fuckin' up what would happen. So, she set him up, plain and simple..
Now, the judge, is a dumbass and what he did (in that video) was over the top - it also looks (judging by his posture at about 4.:25) that he might even be holding her down by her neck or some similar way - but they're off camera, so it's hard to tell for sure. I can see her pushing his buttons to the point of his blood boiling, he's clearly angry and not just 'punishing' her.
His actions were abusive, but an ass whippin' isn't out of the question. At that point she should have turned over like he said, kept her mouth shut and took what was coming and just get it over with, but who knows where he would have stopped. Then again, not many kids would simply turn over knowing they were gonna get an ass whipping.
The thing is, we don't know what she's done in the past (prior to this) to get him so pissed. By the sounds of things, she's no saint herself -but she knew he'd whip her ass like this and she took advantage of it. I doubt she'll get paid, but he's fucked now.
