This has probably been mentioned but that wasnt a girl being disciplined. That was a guy who loves being in power putting another deposit in his spankbank. I got spanked growing up but never did my parents or step parents lean over to my ear and say that they should keep "beating" me. I guarantee you that judge either jacked off or plowed his wife that night while thinking about spanking that girl.

There is a fine line between abuse and punishment and this is abuse. The fact that he is a judge who I can promise you took a child from a parent for probably less makes him a piece of s**t who deserves to lose his bench. Just like the vast majority of cops in Florida who speed and have the balls to pull people over for speeding. They have the responsibility of judging people when they do it themselves puts them in a position to have even their basic reports or judgments be questioned due to the fact that they are dishonest on some level.

There is nothing wrong with spanking your kids....but the reasoning needs to remain for teaching them consequences and correcting their wrong-doings....not as a means for venting the parents frustration.....that is where the line gets crossed all too often.

I lived as a child with an alcoholic parent who very often took out anger on me....I am 41 years old now and still suffer from a spinal injury caused by that parent....that beating was for leaving my bike on the front porch when I forgot to put it in the garage one night....was that really worth a life-long injury??

i was beginning to lose hope in parents these days. too many "lets talk about our feelings and discuss why you did what i told you not to do" instead of "get the belt your getting a whipping!!"

i can see it now, there will be some media fuss over this and some massive debate.....when i was a kid, i got the shit beat out of me for misbehaving and i learned my lesson. if i have kids i plan to use the belt on them as well


this reminds me of a Boondocks episode, when the grandpa is in a store and some little kid is misbehaving throwing a tantrum while the mother just looks like she has lost all control. grandpa takes off his belt and gives it to the mother and the kid just gets this look on his face like "oh no, she is gonna beat my ass"

Cocksucker reminds me of "Doyle" from Sling Blade. I'm all for the belt, but that was completely over the top. No reason to cuss and threaten to hit your kid "in the fuckin' face..." That was more about him getting his anger out on the kid than it was to teach the kid any sort of lesson.

This is just another great example of someone doing wrong, getting caught, the other person over-reacting, and then the wrongdoer instantly becoming the "victim"....

With your hand more personal yes. But as for a belt, I used to not be able to not sit down the next day at school.. cps was called and a meeting was held at school with them, counselor, mother and principal... I had a big bruise on my face at age 6...

Spankings only made things worse for me personally until I was 16 and she tried to hit me with a belt...WTF 16... had not been pulled out in years then all of a sudden I'm caught by suprise by a hit to the back with it.. I grabbed the belt, screamed then hit her on the ass with it as hard as possible, said "don't you ever try this bs again".. she just started crying.. like, what an idiot ya know. I'm just against it, there are other ways.
