Not a GM fan myself. However, with Cobra Jets and Drag Pak Challengers, it was only a matter of time before GM joined in the fun! Competition breeds better products so it is a win, win!Comment

Weight is a good question.
Most of the gen5 Camaro's weight is the heavy ass seats , curtain air bags and all of the fancy gauges and electronics.
This car looks to be stripped of console and seats.
Also the back of the car looks to be emptied out.
