Glad she is okay, man! Now you get to give her hell about that little trphy when she grows up!

Without my gun hobby. I would cut off my own dick and let the rats eat it...

              Glad your daughter did well.
It's funny you say that. The Dr that performed the procedure said their most common foreign body aspiration patients are seamstress'. He said they to inhale sewing needles, pins and safety pins more often than most would think.

Man, you have no idea the stress level since it was discovered. 6hrs sleep in 48hrs doesn't help much either.

I've already deemed it the worlds most expensive office supply.

It certainly did. The Dr(s) and nursing staff were beyond awesome!

This will show my ignorance, but what did she swallow? I couldn't find it in the thread.

                            I'm sure that's a big relief.

It's not uncommon for me to hold screws or nails with my mouth(lips) while working on something....I'll have to remember to not do that anymore.

easy big johnson... I didn't mean anything by it, was just curious from an ER doc perspective. I would have asked our medical director but I rarely see him. But I got the typical ER Dr. response

Cricothyroidotomy is coming up for us, but again I just asked for curiosity sake. I thought maybe you would appreciate someone being interested. Kinda looking for someone w/ your background to bounce questions off of and keep my gears churning.

The aspect of pushing the object into the R Mainstem makes sense anatomically, what would you use to push it down there?

OP sorry for the highjack, glad to hear your little one is A-OK

I can only imagine the stress - you AND her.
