I'd be happy to post pics if any one is interested but there doesn't seem to be much BBF love on here.

This is true! Maybe I should stick to stomping Chevy's in my Ford.

On a 547, should be very streetable. Probably not very streetable on something less than 430ci. But just remember LSx motors run a factory 90mm and aftermarket runs 100mm throttles with no issue on motors much smaller. 110mm should be just the right size for this size motor on the street.

That is a damned good looking Torino. I've always liked the '70-71s. My aunt had a neighbor with two Torino Cobras, one was Grabber Green, the other was Grabber Orange. Both SCJ 4-speeds.

True, but they don't try to atomize fuel in a throttle body. Let us know how that works out. It looks a little crazy! Kinda like a Cyclops. That's pretty damned cool.

            ls1's/ls6's/lq4's/lq9's/lm4's/etc. come with a 78mm t/b

            ls2/ls3 come with 90mm

exactly my point. note the larger performance motors run larger TBs. aftermarket is 100+mm now and most ls1/6 guys switch the 90mm pretty quickly. 110 on a motor displacing around 9 litres should be fine

Love that Torino! So fresh, so clean.

i wish this car was a SCJ... well maybe not, then I might not wanna mod the shit out of it.
this car is an M code, which means 351c 4v, 4 speed, AC car. Very oddly optioned but still cool but not so rare that I care about tearing into it.

True about the carb, but it works like every other carb on this planet has for 100 years so I'm not worried about it. Read the reviews on the interwebs, most people seem to really like them and note how smooth it transitions idles and runs. It also distributes fuel more evenly so all cylinders well run more evenly.

I does look crazy. I've been tossing around the idea of fabbing up some kind of aircleaner/box to seal the carb to the hood and use the factory scoop. that would look crazy under hood too.
