good job dan. think that w/b sensor is going to have any problems being that close to the turbine housing?

The coloring around the welds makes me think he isn't using gas but I was wrong

I doubt it, same location that my other sensor was located at.

I just remember the guys at innovate saying 12in minimum from the flange. Probably just watching their butts for warranty issues (not that they'll ever cover a sensor anyway though )

What kinda screen are you gonna put? Looks good!

I had a bunch of problems on my car with the 02 sensor mounted 18" from the turbine. I burned up a few of them, finally - after doing some reading, they offer a copper heat sink to stop this. I just used an aluminum disc from a hole saw cut out..drilled out the center hole to pass the 02 threads through..never had another problem.

My innovate kit uses a bosch sensor that is $49 (my cost through Oreilly's) and has a lifetime warranty. I've had to replace mine several times due to tuning issues (no cost to me)

Looks good but the 02 sensor looks to close to the turbo
I would have put it 6-10" away but it should work

Thanks man I just wanted to build everything my self. I know a Mig isn't the best welder to use on a turbo kit I have a Tig at work I could use I'm just not good at using it. I'm still learning...
