My grandparents came over for dinner the other night and brought over his 1982 Winchester Model .94. He won it in a raffle at a gun show. I remember the first time he showed it to me - I was 10 at the time and thought it was the coolest thing ever! And that was the last time I saw it until he brought it over. He always told me that it was eventually going to be mine someday, but I never figured it was going to be this soon. The gun has never been fired. All the engraving and nickel plating was done by a local guy, Phil Hudson from Cleburne. I think he passed away a couple of years ago. Anyway, the gun just means a lot to me and I just wanted to share that.

That's beautiful. Got damn, I would love to shoot that.Ronald Reagan:"Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it."
Homer: "Bart...there's 2 things I know about women. Never give them nicknames like "jumbo" or "boxcar" and always keep receipts...it makes you look like a business man."

That is the blingiest weapon I have ever seen."When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." -Benjamin Franklin
"A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury." -Alexander Fraser Tytler

My first rifle is a model 94 in 22 mag, was bought just before I was born, I've out 25 rounds through it. The gun shop owner asked my dad what it was for and he said his son, guy asked how old i was and he told him unborn. He made my dad promise not to give it to me until my 12 birthday, got it my 12 Christmas. Still have the original winchester box and wax paper it came in.
To op, beautiful gun
