    The contour was a damn disaster from a electrical perspective. Geez those cars sucked. The SVT looked good, and had a nice 2.5L Duratec, but geez - I don't think I would ever own one.

      No...it's not... True, the distance between two cars going the same speed is closed as quickly as one car going the same speed towards a wall, but energy imparted is not equal. Two cars hitting each other at 60 is like a car hitting a brick wall at 60, and two cars hitting each other at 120 is like a car hitting a brick wall at 120.

        This is true. When two equal opposing forces collide they will stop each other dead in their tracks, similar to hitting a wall with no give.
