    I don't remember seeing or hearing much about dust storms growing up. The only time are remember talking about them was in school concerning the Dust Bowl of the 30's. Are we just going to rehash the whole 30's decade economically and meteorologically?

                  Exactly. I lived in Lubbock from 1990 - 1995 and, while that's a bad dust storm, it's nothing new for that city. I used to live in a house that backed up to a cotton field like the ones in that video and it was virtually impossible to keep it and my truck really clean. It seemed like there was always at least a fine layer of dust/dirt on everything. You just get used to it out there. Either that or all of the alcohol and hot Tech girls distracted me enough to where I didn't notice it.
