Oh, I don't know, maybe take a trillion or two away from our outrageous national defense budget and reinvest that money into our country and society. Or maybe from income tax. So pandering to them by offering them yet again something for free that takes no real effort on their part is the way to solve this.

How about we get rid of Welfare, and use that money to provide more lower interest loans to students who meet specific requirements, i.e. GPA, limited drops per college career, limited major changes, and a maximum college credit hour limit for those loans. Oh like they do with the FAFSA program already, minus the get rid of welfare part?
