How about we get rid of Welfare, and use that money to provide more lower interest loans to students who meet specific requirements, i.e. GPA, limited drops per college career, limited major changes, and a maximum college credit hour limit for those loans. Oh like they do with the FAFSA program already, minus the get rid of welfare part?
