The smoke is from a mini fog machine, the sounds are recorded for the most part. The air horn is an actual air horn run by an on-board compressor. It runs on an electric motor.

fog is wrong color. makes it look like it's got blown head gaskets lol. i dont really get it, but probably because i drive a real truck every day. lol
