I still call it stock but some people might whine. It is still stock engine, intake, exhaust, air filter, and tune. The DRs have 10k miles on them; they're pretty beat. I pulled the carpet and spare tire inflator kit out of the trunk and I disconnected the front sway bar.
DA was 1300.

My 98z28 has 128k on the stock engine and stock transmission. It has a cam and torque converter that I have put about 40k miles on with zero issues
I also have a 1998 formula with 144k miles. The factory trans just went out
I have owned about 8 different fbodies and all of them were extremely solid and never had any issues. Granted all of them were used and had over 100k miles
My work truck has 140k on the lq4 and 4l80 trans zero issues.
I'm not saying they are perfect but they are extremely simple to work on. Have never delt with any piston slap issues but it has been a known issue
