We can throw my chrome ponies on it, for shits and giggles!

BTW, what neighborhood are you in?

Darth Vader's wagon, pretty sweet. Got tired of the sleeper vibe, huh?

I thought about it, but an actual "mustang" wheel, seemed pretentious, lol.

Yeah, I got rid of all my fox body stuff when I sold the 85 coupe with kris's 308 in it.

While I have the appropriate audience here, does anyone know where I can find a clean 84-85 LTD LX?

I didn't know clean ones still existed. The last one I found was in a junkyard right on i35. Super clean silver wagon with a blown headgasket v6. I offered to buy it, but the place had already turned in the title to the state.

              quick cl search: http://dallas.craigslist.org/ndf/cto/2520678035.html

Ya, there was a very clean one in Cali a few months back and I should have pulled the trigger then. My wife is going to have to put a leash on me when I get back. I'm itchin' to do something. I've got almost everything ready for the II, but I want a "less nice" toy as well.

                  they're hens' teeth...

these old/obscure 70's/80's cars that nobody "gets" are more rare than most of the pony cars and muscle cars out there IMO.

I can open a catalog and order every part for a 69 Camaro (including the unibody!)

Try finding interior or trim pieces for these old non-mustang fox bodies!

I just think an obscure survivor car is way more interesting than some restored main-stream car. They're only original once.
