Started at 20 psi 1st pass and got down to 12.5 same story everytime.

On the 12.5 pass I roasted the tires made tons of smoke and it spun worse.

Something is definitely a miss. Get yourself some poly bushing lower control arms and some M/T E.T. Streets. With my Hotchkis LCAs and E.T Streets, I was pulling 1.79/1.80 short times just slightly loading up the converter to around 2,400 for launch. Tire pressure was around 15-16 psi. Address your sloppy suspension issues and get some fresh tires. It'll be money well spent.
