It'll launch much better if you get some tires that will hook. 1.9X 60's are sad with slicks. I understand you're may be old or whatever, so I'll give you a pass, but a manual coupe on a 11.5" slick you should be able to drop the clutch at redline and it hook. My car had stock springs and shocks up until recently and cut 1.6's with an AOD.

This.....There was no burn out done...While the tires may have been turned over a few times it was not enough to heat them up....With the slicks heated up they would have not spun netting a better time along with a 60'

My other passes I roasted them, but I went slower and spun more.

I smoked the fuck out of them once and did a 4700rpm launch and it ran a 8.89.. 2.0 60ft. Spinning harder then before.

I was told they had 3 passes left, I made 8 passes on them and they gradually got worse.

With some better tires and more seat time with slicks I expect a 1.8 1.7x 60ft

Get some mt radials. 1.5 60 and these were well beyond their prime

Ease out a couple feet then drop the hammer! That was a spray run. Here is my buddy on motor. He had never driven it but still went 13.0 8.2
