When you buy use parts you take risk, could be tweaked, bushings could be rotted, hardware can be missing, then you've got the labor to swap everything, I could go on and on. If you've got more time than money go for it, I just think at the end of the say buying the stuff (even if used) wouldn't have been a bad deal vs buying a whole car for a rear end and a k member.

Rear end, uca's, lca's, subfames, new tubular k, a arms, and coilovers, Xpipe, magnaflow stainless cb. I'd say that's around $1500.

Labor is free. Bluecouperedvert and my dad are doing it and I'm helpin out/learning. It's mostly about helping me learn how to tackle this kind of stuff.
