They do look alot alike. I too, trained in the 22. This is much more fun to fly, lots more room, power, and A/C!

I would like to seal this stool.
The girl painted it for me (in oil paint) and I'm afraid to put my ass on it. Does anyone know what would happen if I tried to seal it with clear or something? I know nothing about paint, and she knows nothing about sealing oil paint.

Let it dry for 3-4 months and then apply varnish over it. Maybe y'all should have thought about durability first before painting a stool. lol

Well, I'd rather have this nice little piece, than have a stool I can sit on. If I can have both, then great.

I wouldn't save an inaccurate representation of a pump jack unless it was drawn by my pre-10yr old child

My aunt painted a breakfast table and chairs in oil, and then my uncle cleared it with automotive clear, it lasted for years at my grandparents house, being used daily.

I don't doubt it, but automotive clear can be really aggressive and may react with the oil paint underneath, turning the whole thing into a mess.

I've been designing and building some trolling motors that are more powerful than anything on the freshwater market at the moment. I currently have one completed that will be put through the paces of hauling a very serious bowfishing rig against river current.

If this one holds to what I believe it should, then the next one should be phenomenal. This first one has already put down 115 lb/ft. That was limited to the lack of enough water to crank it wide open.

I'm also in the earliest stages of a truly badass structure scan system for finding fish.

thick coat of polyurethane will do it.
