but because he isn't white he is a piece of shit who is 'trying to get shit for free'. answer me this, how many ghetto people do you think actually know the laws that well to pull that off? i know plenty and most of them can't even form a proper sentence, much less learn the law and file paperwork with the city. judging only from the video the guy sure as hell doesn't look like a crack dealing gangbager to me, he spoke well and obviously knows a pretty good amount about the laws/system
