      Vortech V-1 S-Trim Supercharger
      Max Speed: 50000 RPM
      Max Boost: 20 PSI
      Max Flow: 1000 CFM
      Max Power: 680 HP
      Peak Efficiency: 72%
That's cool and all but what you're not realizing is the fact that he has it pullied and is pushin serious boost,, on top of that,, fully intercooled water/meth injection.. not just a cheapass aftercooler.. the piping goes down and around to the intercooler, comes back up through his fenderwell and to his throttlebody. if I can make it work on mine as far as having room to go under the intake elbow, I'll be running the same setup since I bought it all from him. only mines a 306 vs. his 393 so Im only lookin at maybe 500 horses.

        Power: 800 horsepower
        Number of injectors: 8
        BSFC: 0.98
        Duty cycle: 1.00

        This combination will require 763 cc/min injector (73.2 lbs/hour)

Look at the bsfc and duty cycle, dudes "ass dyno" was off btw. Don't worry dude
I never trust peoples ass dynos only actual dyno sheets.

Brother, we believe that you believe him, but we don't the claims themselves. There's just not enough there to do what he says it will. Also, a pully on 14psi is just going to get to 14psi faster, that's all. It might even limit efficiency up top. It doesn't give you 300 more horsepower, and I don't care if the intercooler is routed through an alternate dimension consisting solely of liquid nitrogen. I miiiiiiiiiight be willing to accept the claim that the engine in the picture you posted makes 550rwhp, but I promise you that's every bit you'll get out of what's in the picture. If that thing makes 800hp, that's the best fox sleeper that's ever been built.

LOL, I read the first post and before I got to the end I had a response ready to go that read something along the lines of "there's no fucking way a V1 S trim will make 800HP" - but you guys didn't fail to deliver!

So, long story short, that's not near enough blower to make 800HP much less on a 393. In fact, if it's a healthy enough motor, it can cause it to LOSE power. I don't care how 'serious' the boost is and if it had 27 small pullies on it - it won't make that kind of power!

No need in me commenting as everyone has covered it!! Ahahahahahaha

ok because in the last I've watched his car smoke the dogshit out of modded out 1000cc bikes so I guess I'm just makin shit up right? I guess when I watched him run bikes I was just seein shit? hm I'll go get my eyes checked but I'm pretty sure I watched him pull away from them pretty damn hard. he's not gonna give me a dyno sheet. idk why you guys think it's not possible to hit 800 with a build like that, it is what it is. I coulda just lied and said it's only puttin down 500 but I don't lie when I talk about someone else's car.

As someone who has wrung the neck of many an S-trim, I'd say that it is more likely that he'd be making about 800 at the crank and mid to high 600s to the wheels. Looking at the picture and knowing nothing of the heads, the pulley on the blower is too big and the GT-40 upper intake is going to make me question even that.

But really who knows without being there. It is cool that you have that setup now, you should make plenty of power with it.

I don't know how many different ways it can be hammered into your hard ass head - but a Vortech V1 S trim will NOT make 800HP.

Those 'modded out 1000CC bikes' must have had the shittiest riders in the world to get the 'dogshit smoked out of them' by a car with a Vortech V1 S trim.

And, Yes, I've installed AND dyno'd more of them than I care to remember. Not a SINGLE one of them put out more than 550RWHP on it's own.

I can only say what he told me and I'll trust it. but it ain't like it matters no more because I bought the supercharger from him
