  • Did I make a good trade for this coupe?

I traded my stock automatic 48re out of an 04 Dodge Cummins for this 67 inline 6 Coupe. What do you guys think this car is worth? It runs and drives but does need some attention to the breaks. There is rust in the rear quarter panels as seen in the pics. Interior is nice besides the drivers seat. Wipers, windows(all 4), lights, etc. work. The gas gauge does not work. I do not know if I will keep or sell yet.

I think you made a great deal. Hopefully it will get a good restoration.

I was thinking of putting it on ebay. What should I sell this for? I would rather a dfwmustanger get it.

Good trade, but you're missing 2 cylinders.

DFWMS price? You could probably get $25, a 2 liter of Dr Pepper and a pretzel. They seem to be on craigslist for $2500-$4000.

                        Hella deal.

It would make a great first car for a high schooler.

I think you did very well. I have seen a hell of a lot worse rust bucket mustangs for 2 to 3 k, that don't even run.

Paint it silver with black stripes, lots of plastic body extensions, gauges, and lights and put it on eBay with "elenor" in the title and someone will buy it for $35k.

I fucking hate what that shitty remake, Nicholas Cage movie did to this era of mustang.

You did VERY well. Ive seen much worse for thousands more. I'm restoring a '66 right now that has been sitting in a garage since Regan was in office.
