I don't even think they have security as such. They might have a loss prevention associate, but they usually contract out actual police officers for security work.

One of my friends is a SWAT team member works at one nearby for years doing security. Definitely not a dude you want to run from.

if you got yourself into a situation that you had to be tazed or even threatened with such force, i don't think you'd be in the right if drew your arm. lol.

ninja please. People have died from tazers and I sure as hell wont be tazed by any security guard. They have no legal right to taze you. I would see his tazer as a threat to my life.

Luckily Im not an asshole that causes trouble. Regardless, if someone thinks they are going to taze me (other than a cop) they are wrong.

Good judgment comes from bad decisions and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.

One of the local Walmarts has a fat lady in a white Dodge Neon with a flashing yellow light on the top. After a late night of fishing that ended in a rain-out, I pulled up front of the store and drop off my wife so she could run in the store and buy freezer bags for the fish, I then circled the parking lot until my wife came back out, I didn't want to park and get out since I was pulling the boat loaded with poles, tackle, etc. The fatass rent-a-cop actually parked in the crosswalk at the entrance, and brayed like a jackass out the driver's window every time someone got dropped off or picked up, telling them that stopping in the crosswalk was illegal...

Anyways, I have seen her (or at least the car parked somewhere with park lights and top amber strobe light flashing) each time I have made a late night stop there.

They can and do carry handcuffs.

In Texas, a store has the right to prevent the consequences of theft.
