I like those guys. One of my fav's that they did was smoked bacon. Now i do it every time the smoker is going. It makes a good snack while waiting on something that takes longer.

I was smoking bacon 3-4 years ago with some buddies at NASCAR, never heard of anyone doing it, but we had left over bacon.
