Who knows what the hell was going on in that video. It is not like from what I could see the first guy was beating the guys ass or anything. My question is why the fuck did the other douchebag cop not help put the guy in the car. Two guys, one on each shoulder, and no issues and no one gets hurt. Now if the guy had been peppered I can see maybe waiting on a med unit but really if not why the hell would you just want to leave that guy on the street causing a scene. I have seen this tactic used many times when people had warrants and did not want to go to jail. One guy we delt with years ago swore up and down we were hurting him and he had bad knees and just flopped out on the pavement and wanted to lay there in 20 degree weather. When we picked him up he was using the same bad knees to try and stop us from putting him in jail. Swore to god and jesus he was handicapped and couldnt bend his knees. Got him to the jail and same scene had to carry him in. Gett him in the cell and he gets quiet and sits down indian style. Jailer walked by and said WTH? Guy responded real casual with he just didnt want to go to jail.
